After Shower if you still feeling stressed and that stressed came with anger than the writing it down and adding all the things you want to say and put everything on that paper or your mobile or laptop screen would be the best idea.

Be careful and if you feel good or when you finish writing, do destroy what you wrote, or it might create more problems if it reaches wrong hands.
